Fall is here and we all know with the season comes baked goods and pumpkin spice EVERYTHING. I literally crave it all once the crisp weather appears. Normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but for the last 6 months I have been clean eating and meal-prepping to slim the waist down and tone up my muscles. Trying to not cave into sweets is a struggle I am not proud.
